Best subs sandwich yes there a little on the high side but you get what you pay for and that never skimp in the size of the sub plus all of the food is fresh cooked right in front of you

Leaving much to be desired. Service was terribly distracted and had a customer yell my name instead of walking the two feet to reach me sitting.

I love Penn station so much it is the first place I go when I come back home. East coast subs! Fresh cut fries! Fresh squeezed lemonade! I would absolutely consider Penn station a Cincy favorite.

Food rocks but the service sucks. Phone orders take precedence over customers in the store even when in the middle of ordering.

Every time I order the 10" cheese steak they hardly put any toppings on it, I don't see ANY mushrooms, there are maybe two slices of onion, and ONE banana peppers! The toppings MAKE the sandwich for me, not sure if I'll return to this location...on the up side though the lady who took my order and the guy who gave it to me were extremely pleasant

I visited this location for the first time and in doing so was impersonally greeted. The staff was unpleasant and found it inconvenient that I wanted the person handling my food to do so with clean hands after they plated what was supposed to be a carryout order. The service here is poor. The manager did not seem to care when approached about it. I will not be back.

There's something about the corporate culture at Penn Station. We try not avoid chains but last month in Louisville we hit a Penn Station out of desperation. I was floored by how nice the staff was. The prices are a bit more than Subway but the service a 10x better. And I enjoyed the sandwiches more. Look, they're not gourmet but they give you an honest sandwich for the honest buck. Anyway, I was getting new tires at a subuuban shopping area when my kid said she was hungry. We walked around and she spotted the Penn Station and I said 'Sure" letting her know there wouldn't be a repeat of the nice people and good service and OK food we got before. But I was wrong. The guy behind the counter welcomed us nicely. They made the sandwich not too quickly but quick enough. Everything was right. I was coming back from the bathroom where I was washing my hands when I saw one of the staff with my order about to take it to the table. I told him there was no need and when I took it from him, he gave me a genuine thank you then came over to ask if everything was AOK. Then another staff person came by to pick up some trash she said that looked like it was bothering us (it wasn't) and then asked us to fill out a comment card so "We can do better". This wasn't a paunchy middle-aged store manager but a teenage chick with some wacky hair color. Two stores in different cities with happy, polite workers...in food service. Like I said, the Penn Station corporate culture must be doing something good.

I give this location of Penn Station four stars for food and price, but only two stars for convenience and speedy service. I had my usual, chicken Parmesan, but on a wrap this time. Very tasty sandwich with chicken, onions, mushrooms, cheese and marinara sauce. The price was right; total for sandwich and iced tea was only $6.05. Cheaper than several other of my lunch favorites. I kept wondering why it was taking so long to get my sandwich when there was only one person in front of me. Apparently this location gets lots of call in/pick up orders. It was 10 minutes before I got my sandwich. The layout is strange, also. I got to the parking lot by driving through a bank parking lot and in behind the strip center where Penn Station is located. The other possible entrances said 'do not enter.' Then the deli itself is long & narrow. It gets really congested where you pay, because people wait for their orders there and it's too close to the drink, utensil area. Again, the food was excellent, but I'll stick to other less congested locations.

You can't go wrong here. I was a big fan of the buttermilk bike store and then they opened this one. The employee turnover is high - but only because they seem to get promoted often to other stores! I love being able to call in and say "Hi - its Paul" and pick up my order in 15 minutes or less. I get greeted like Norm from Cheers when I walk in the door. Chaz and John have this store working like clockwork. They seem to get a lot of new employees frequently but those employees seem to pick up on the standard " know your customer" feeling I get when I go. I do go less than I used to (hello 4 days a week down to once a week - fries are too tempting!). They do get a number of call in orders from local large businesses so you may get an extended wait time due to that. It is always clean though and I like that. The staff always seems to be VERY attentive to customers. I refuse to go to the subway next door to my work because the sandwhiches here are just a better value and the staff is so cool. Paul C
